Notch HR is led by Audrey Ng, a seasoned HR executive with broad global experience. She has held leadership roles across diverse industries, including technology, manufacturing, and professional services, guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and complex change. Known for building strong HR foundations, Audrey brings a strategic, pragmatic approach that helps businesses scale effectively and lead with confidence.

Audrey holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, with a focus in Human Resources and Organizational Design, as well as the Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR) designation. Her business background enables her to align people strategies with financial, operational, and marketing goals, ensuring HR isn’t just supportive, but truly integrated and results-driven.
